Windows 10 Search not working

UPDATE! I had taken the time to talk to the Windows 10 support team. What they had me basically do was make a new local Windows 10 account and copy all of my files over (which was extremely easy) You guys can check out the Chat, Just scroll down....

Perfect. I am so glad that we were able to fix the issue by creating a new local account. Unfortunately, the corrupted files wont be replaced since they will only infect the new user account.

We can transfer your files here in your new User Account and delete the old one.

Just recently my windows 10 search had just stopped working, I hit the windows key and type to search but all it brings up is a blank page. (Ignore my second display, I had to use the print screen key)
