Looking for a new case

So I just bought my new computer and now need a new case since i don't really like my old unknown ANTEC case which barely fits my ATX motherboard. Looking for a good case around $70 CAD. Needs to have at least 1 5" front bay for a DVD/CD Drive. Any suggestions?

Love the H440 but its WAY over my budget, around 200 CAD here

Either of these would be pretty good. I would choose the Core V31, especially at that price.

(**edit)  I just noticed the core v31 has a $15 MIR.  Stretch the budget a tad for that case if you can.
