Hello everyone, I'm going off to college next year and I dont want to bring my desktop because getting a laptop would be much more convenient.  I'm looking for suggestions for a laptop that will last a good amount of time, and also has some gaming power, so I can play games like WoW, League of Legends, Battlefront, and other random Steam games.  For more info, I will be a business major, so typing essays, research etc.. I have been looking at some kind of ASUS ROG laptop, or the Acer Aspire V15 Nitro Black Edition, if anyone haas suggestions or feed black please tell me below :)

I use the ASUS ROG and its really good, but you will not use it on the go, they are heavy laptops not meant for that really well, unless you want a decent workout xD consider one of the lighter laptops with a 3-6 GB Video card

Hey. I had this exact problem last week. Im going to year 11 next year and needed a laptop to take to school and that can still game. I searched on and on and asked the forums heaps and what i seemed to be told alot was dont get rogs as the service is really bad and they arent worth it. Anyways i ended up ordering a y700 which from the reviews has a GREAT keyboard. There is a 14inch model if you want portability but it has a r9 375m in it. EUGHHHHHHH it cant power games well. So i reccomend you get the 15.6inch model like i did. It has a really beautiful metal build and a 4gb gtx 960m which can definitely handle the games you mentioned.
