RAM is DDR2, which more rare. And PSU has been working for 7 years. With 2 diffrent GPU's.

If you put a storage device in it, setup win7 and get everything good to go, you can sell it for more as some people would want something that "just works" and theyll pay more.  Without a drive, you are marketing towards computer savvy and they aren't going to drop money on those parts....
