Good microphone for Skype

So, im planing to buy some kind of microphone, i want it to be good in Skype so i can speak with my friends with good/ok quality. I dont know what i should buy. Im thinking of some kind of headset, beacuse i play alot of games to, and not like a microphone like on tv :D. My budget would be max $115. Please leave any suggestions.

a price bracket or max budget would be helpful.

to begin:

A good standalone mic is the Blue snowball

A good mic if you already have decent headphones is the modmic 4

for a full headset HyperX Cloud 1/2/Core are good options that shouldn't break the bank.

for something more premium there are things like the Sennheiser Game One/Zeros and Audio-Technica ATH-AG1/ADG1

Not the answer you're looking for, but I just wanted to let you know...

If you're gonna use Skype for gaming, check out Discord. It's supposed to be a voice and text chat thing for gamers, since it doesn't use up a lot of resources.

Thy hath sinneth, and in thy life thou hast fallen to an unholy, unspeakable level of humanity. Thou hast given into your basest needs. And suffered many years under thine Satan-box. However, if thine be willing, as thy hast show yourself to be, thy can ascendeth into thy glorious fold of the glorious church. Go well, my brother, may your temps be low and your frames high. ~ MrDynamicMan

Haven't heard of that before. But I would also recommend Razer Comms as it has dedicated servers and no one is a host. Plus really good audio quality

I would say max $115

if you still need a headphones using that budget go with a HyperX Cloud, or the Cloud II

if you already have a great headset/headphone you should try getting a mod mic 4
