I am using a GA-F2A88X-D3H and I don't know if I need the raid driver. Also, if I'm using the sound driver from realtek (directly from their website and not from gigabyte) I should be fine, right? 

No you won't need it unless you're running a RAID configuration. The sound drivers should also be fine
