1. It's a good card. MSI Gaming R9 390 / Sapphire Nitro R9 390 are better, but the PowerColor is good. It might get noisy under load but you can adjust the fan curve to make it fine.
2. Don't create another post if the first one is in the wrong section, just ask the mods to move it and tag one of the mods using @ and typing their nickname after it.

Will it fit in a mid tower?

Depends on the case. It's relatively long so there are mid tower cases that it won't fit in and/or block some drive bays. MSI R9 390 should fit in most/all mid tower cases though.

I hated my samples. The first 4 didn't have a working cooling shroud and when I could get a working shroud, the card was kaput.

In my experience, PowerColor are good on a budget, but if you're looking for a mid-high end card, stick to the trusted manufacturers like Sapphire, ASUS, etc....

It's fine and the pcs+ cooler is a very good cooler with 3 fans. It can be quite long though, so check your case.

It's actually shorter than the saphirre tri x. It fits into my phantom 410 with all drive cages installed.

Msi is the better card if you're unsure of the measurements.
