First Build

Go to solution Solved by GodSpoon,

750ti costs double the GT730..

I really don't want to play them all, just want to play casually / try them out.. But will definitely upgrade my RAM.. :)

If your just casually gaming, 4GB is just fine

If you want a good price on a 750, EVGA has B stock

Hi! Just assembled with my first build. I just bought the parts without knowing how efficient would it be.

Now, I'm planning to replace my video card so that I can play recently released games.

Current Build:

CPU: i3 3240 3.4Ghz

Motherboard: Alienware x51 itx

RAM: 2x2gb Apotop 1600mhz

Video Card: AMD HD 5450 64bit

PSU: 600watts Vortex

Case: Thermaltake Core v1

Now, I'm wondering if I could replace my HD5450 with GT730 1gb 64bit ddr5 since I'm on a tight budget. Would it

be a bottleneck build? Or should I push through 750ti? Thanks!

What do you consider a TIGHT BUDGET?

Definitely don't get anything worse than a 750ti if your expecting to play newer titles

If you can afford it get a 950

Oh! that's a lot cheaper than 750ti.. Will try to ask our local stores for it. Thanks!

EDIT:

OMG! I don't think we have b-stock products here locally.. But thanks anyways.. :)

Just wanted to know, either 730 or 750ti.. it won't be a bottleneck, right?
