Pc BSOD error: 0xc000021a

My laptop just BSOD'ed with this message and no matter what I do I can not get back into Windows, I've tried the the various default "advanced settings" that the BSOD automatic repair screen gives me, and resetting doesn't work, as well as cmd prompt "sfc /scannow

What can I do to get it up and running again, need it for school, I have a desktop with hot swappable HDD Bay that I can use if that is of any use
