Navigation software for Windows XP

I have an ADVENT ADV3500PC tablet computer running Windows XP but it didn't come with any navigation software when I bought it 2nd hand. Does anyone know of any decent GPS software for Windows XP and where I can buy it?

Gigabyte X58 UD7. Core i7 980X. Radeon HD7950. 12GB Corsair memory. OCZ Vertex 2.
