Okay so i had a cooler master hyper tx3with my i5 and my 960. It was bottlekecking and my cpu was hitting 100 on everygame. Then, when I turnned my pc oof, my tx3 just fell right oof hte mother board. come to find out it was loose and not on there properly. Was this why I was bottlenecking and hitting 100 at everygame?

Probably wasn't cooled correctly, causing it to throttle, and not allowing it to run at full speed.
