Help getting info off of a hard drive

I need help finding a connector to for a hard drive that was in a dell laptop from 2003. I need to get it to sata to connect to my computer. Pictures below

Pull the plastic bit off. Its detachable and will have an IDE connection type under it.

You can buy IDE to SATA converters online.
