I was going for a athlon 860k for my budget build my budget is around $530USD and yes i can go a bit higher like $5 anyway... Just wondering if I should go for a stock or a aftermarket with my budget

OS can be from /r/microsoftsoftwareswap or G2A for like $10.  Use your laptop HDD until you can buy an SSD.

They're perfectly safe.  Ask anybody on the forum.  If you get a bad key, Reddit will supply you with a new one and G2A also will if you buy G2A shield.
