Hyper v f*** up

So.. I have a totally fresh windows 10 install on my new Xeon machine. When i install Hyper-v (NO VMs, only plugin), and reboots a couple of times, the system become very strange!!

 

Sometimes there is sound, some times there isn't. When i watch a youtube movie everything is either lagging, og running haft speed. Remember, there is no VMs installed. It is the host system!! Its a brand new 8-thread Xeon E3-1246-v3..! It should be able to run this!! 8gb ram and 120gb SSD and 450w RM450 psu. What is wrong? I tried fresh install windows a couple of times.. Drivers are up to date and no windows updates..

What version of windows do you have?
