Micro-ATX silent cases?

I am looking to buy a micro-atx case with soundproofing. My budget is around 100$ (can go a bit over) and I would prefer if it had at least 2 fans preinstalled. I am currently looking at the Nanoxia Deep Silence 4 but I want to know if there is any other options.

How about Fractal desing's Define mini or Arc Mini R2 those are pretty good.
