I'm looking for parts for my new build.

I'll sell my "old" rig because i stop play very demanding games etc.. for about 900-1400€

you can find it below.

 

For that budget i want to build a new Workstation and buy a new monitor, pretty much the same that i already have for round 350€

 

So there are 700€ left for my new pc:

Most likely i'll use it for 

Office work, Medienstream in the network, dreamweaver photoshop visualstudio etc 

It should be silent and small

Why don't you just buy a cheaper GPU and sell the 970?

You aren't going to get a better CPU than a Xeon 1231v3 at that price point I don't think, a 5820k is like 400 EU on the german part picker

Because i dont rly need a 1231 rather a top tier i3 or i3 skylake 

at thats what i was thinking

 

So im going to waste 60 € for a gpu that has the same performance as the IGU?

You're going to be using the iGPU only? If you want something truly small look for the mini-box cases or some In win cases, not sure on their availability in your area

and are you sure you're giving up on gaming overall? because there are some 65W TDP APUs out there that can still game well without a GPU

 

if you wanna just downgrade that's fine but like I don't see too much reason to go with the i3 over like a laptop that has an i7 in it for productivity

 

or possibly look for a NUC, this one has an i5
