Audio Issue

I have a PC running Windows 10 64-bit. One day one of my left speakers stopped working completely, and the audio was being sent to the subwoofer. Then I noticed the RIGHT side of my headset completely stopped working.

 

I tried

 

-Updating both the windows and Realtek audio drivers

-checking hardware issues (both devices were connected properly)

-Configuring both devices

 

Since it is happening to both devices I find it strange. HELP PLEASE!

let me rephrase that. Have you tried using another laptop/phone to see if it's not the speaker system itself?

In additon to doing what Mr_IICaTz said, try reinstalling your audio driver. How old is your computer? The audio card may have just reached the end of its life, or by quincidence, both your headphones and speakers just decided to spaz out.

 

Clarify, and troubleshoot.
