Help with Video Issues

Issue started when hooked up to new monitor (BenQ RL2755H)

Problem: Screen "re-sizes"* randomly , this leads to going blank or haveing one color cover the entire screen.

*(twitches or shutters)

It dosnt happen right away only after a few min's' of use

It seams to idled fine just when i start to do things it dose this.

What i have tryed:

System wipe and reinstall of all drivers (Try'ed older drivers included)

Differnt monitor

Differnt HDMI cable and MINI DISPLAY port 

Tests on GPU,CPU,RAM

Try'ed a differnt Grafic card (no errors with Nvidia card)

Temp checks on GPU,CPU,RAM

What else could be causing this?

If the Nvidia card works then it's definitely a problem with your AMD card. Did you use DDU to uninstall the display drivers?

Used AMD's version of it. ill try that see if anything chages
