GPU Overclocking

Hi guys, I have a Palit GeForce 750Ti Dual StormX and I wanna try to overclock it to get better performance.

Are there any tips/guides/recommendations or anything in particular that I should know of or whatsoever before attempting to overclock my GPU?

I'm sorry that I'm not too good with technical stuff and I would like to have any of your feedbacks and tips.
