BeQuiet! Silent Base 800

Though the NZXT H440 is a bit cheaper I believe.

or the silent base 600 its 5 centimeter "smaller" and has windowed versions

 

i got a SB600 and its nice

you just pick some fancy noctua's to cool it and .... "silence"

NZXT H440 is good.
