Major Problem with Graphics Card

Hi, I have a  MSI AMD Radeon hd 7770 2gb and i cleaned out some dust yesterday and all of a sudden in csgo my frames go from 300 (which is what i usually get to around 60 almost 2 times per sec and I dont know if something broke or its because I broke my mouse, but thats unlikely because it broke after this happened. So any help would be appreciated.

How did you clean the dust out? System specs?

Can you monitor your thermals whilst playing? If you removed the cooler without replacing the thermal paste your card might be overheating and thermal throttling. We need more information though, what are your specs? If you can, post screenshots of thermals and CPU, RAM, GPU and VRAM usages whilst playing

MOBO GIGABYTE GA-970A-D3P AM3+/AM3  AMD 970 6 x SATA  6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX  AMD Motherboard (found it :3)

Temps are constant 40C-45C at 30 fan speed

I cleaned the dust out with an air can and flipped my PSU around so the fan was upward to prevent more dust buildup. 

I also cable managed a bit.
