I don't use PCI-e wifi but I can recommend something if your a big internet user or just want to be a d*** to someone else in the family by using all the internet :D

EDIT: Its red so it fits nice if you have a red colour scheme for your PC

EDIT 2: Its small inside the pc but has a massive wired antenna so it may be bulky

Wow this was old as heck, Need to update this signature!

Costs just a bit to much

I don't actually give useful information, hopefully I just  say something funny.

It is but I think it supports that "Ultimate Overkill 1Gb/s Ultra Fibre and Rainbows!" internet speed witch would explain the price... alot...

I tried though :)

Does it have to be pci-e? I have the TP-LINK TL-WDN4800 and in all honesty it sucks. At least with windows 10. Havent tested it with windows 7 or 8 but with windows 10 it sometimes works. The drivers just are not good. Hopefully they will fix it but Im not holding my breath. I have three different usb wireless adapters, Belkin N600, Rosewill RNX-N180UBE, and Rosewill RNX-N250UBE. And all three work flawlessly with all versions of windows. Highly recommend a usb wireless adapter :)

PC Audio Setup = Beyerdynamic DT 770 pro 80 ohm and Sennheiser pc37x (also for xbox) hooked up to Schiit Fulla 3
