My PC has trouble playing games when I know it is more than capable of playing them. This usually happens after it goes into sleep, when I try to refrain from doing, but also might happen when it start up. Also in Rainbow six siege it says my computer doesn't meet minimum requirements. GPU usage is around 11-18 percent on average and can't run games very well, sometimes getting down to 8 FPS in games. Could it be a bottleneck of sorts? I've been trying to figure it out now for a week. Here's the PC part picker link: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Craftsman_2222/saved/

EDIT

Correction, GPU usage 30%

You might want to delete the spaces at the end of that link

Pro Tip: don't use flash when taking pictures of your build; use a longer exposure instead. Prop up your camera with something (preferably a tripod) if necessary.

if you use retarded/autistic/etc to mean stupid please gtfo

Could be something faulty on any of the parts, Or a really advanced virus that's slowly taking over the world.

If any things over-clocked try putting them to default clocks and see if that helps?

Wow this was old as heck, Need to update this signature!
