Please Help - First Build

I am building my first computer and after a long day's work, my brand new build will not POST, allow me to enter BIOS, or even display anything on my monitor.  My build includes...

 

Intel i5-6600K

ASUS Maximus VIII Hero ATX Motherboard

Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 RAM (2x8GB)

Zotac GTX 980 Ti AMP! Extreme

Western Digital 2TB Black HDD

Samsung 850 EVO 2.5" SSD

Corsair H110i GTX AIO Cooler

Corsair 450D Chassis

All of the LEDs on the water pump and GPU are on, indicating that they are receiving power.  All of the fans are spinning properly.  However, whenever I turn on the computer the motherboard flashes through dozens of error codes before settling at an Error 99.  After disconnecting the power from the GPU, this error became an Error B2.  I have reseated and checked the CPU power connector, the GPU connection to the PCIe slot, the front IO connectors, the fans, the power to the drives, the SATA connections, but nothing seems to change the problem.  When the GPU was connected, the boot_drive_led remained on.  After the GPU was disconnected, the VGA_led remained on instead.  Please help, I have no clue what to do next and this is really bugging me.

For me, error 99 on an ASUS board actually meant everything was good, but it was using the motherboard video output instead of the GPU video output or vice versa and so I wasn't getting anything on my monitor. Try switching which display output you're using and see if that helps.

Try without the GPU and boot with integrated graphics, and only 1 stick of memory.
Also, the manual says that code 99 is "Super IO Initialization"
