So, I have this computer that the customer gave to me to fix saying that it "wouldn't boot" and when it did it was "running extremely slow." So I cracked it open to take a look at it, it booted fine but it was, in fact, extremely slow. I ran a system file check, and that came up with nothing. I honestly have no idea what could be wrong at this point in time. crystaldiskinfo says that there are 90 bad sectors, but nothing else wrong with the hard drive, which was what I thought the problem was. Any help at all would be appreciated at this point, thanks in advance.

Reinstall Windows (preferably Windows 10) and then see how it performs.
