This is the first time I ever hear of such a thing

LOL why do you blame the GPUs cause you're unable to download the driver properly due to your own inability? Nobody else has that issue.

What GPU? I'll find it for you.

AMD has been having issues with their "choose driver manually" portion of their website. Auto-detect will give you Crimson.

 

I have no idea why it won't launch. That's strange.
