So I upgraded to Windows 10 on my laptop and made a copy of Windows 10 on a USB stick, the question is can i use the windows 10 on the usb stick for a system with no OS?

Yes you can. But you will need a valid, unused, license key to activate it on that new machine too. Otherwise it won't activate.

Yes. Or windows 7 or Windows 8/8.1 as you can use their license to activate windows 10 now. But it would be better if you got a Windows 10 license, that way you will at least be able to reinstall it on another machine if something goes wrong with your motherboard. Chances of that are slim though, so if you want to save money, buying a 7/8/8.1 license on the cheap on places like G2A would be good enough.
