i recently tried to overclock my CPU while following one of Linus's tutorial's and after i rebooted it said overclocking failed click f1 to reset

how can i overclock without failing?

 

My Specs:

AeroCool Aero 800 case

Msi 970a krait edition sli 

Amd x6 ii 1055t six core 2.8 ghz

8gb kingston hyperx ram

sapphire 7850 dual x oc 1gb

ocz zs series 750 watt psu

Zalman skadi lq510 liquid cooler

erm, can the PSU deliver rated wattage and clean power?
