nVidia Gamestream to Android Device

I recently downloaded moonlight for android to be able to stream my games from my PC which worked flawlessly. Now, the issue I have is with connecting my PS4 controller to my device (HTC one m9) and the massive input lag I currently get. Is there any way to reduce the input lag? If not, is there a controller out there on the market that I is compatible with both android and windows that has less input lag?
