Windows failed to update

I'm currently trying to update to windows 10 but it wont successfully update and frankly my laptop is starting to freeze up a lot. i believe its because of this error message i get every time i turn on my laptop i dont know what it means or how to fix i please help.

Go to (http://www.microsoft.com/net), install or repair the current net framework you have currently.

try this

use the tool to burn the windows 10 to a usb stick

then upgrade from the usb stick in windows...basically click on the setup.exe on the usb stick
