Build:

Case: Corsair 750D
MOBO: Asus Z170 Pro Gaming
PSU: Corsair RM850
CPU: Intel i7 6700k
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8gb 2400mhrz x2

Storage: Sandisk Ultra II 480gb SSD
GPU: AMD Fury X x2

When I turn it on I keep getting two short beeps with no display.
All the fans, LEDs running, PWM fans are doing perfectly fine.

I have tried turning without the RAM and I get the same beep codes so I'm guessing my RAMs are DOA?

I've swapped the RAM positions around, tried one stick at a time..etc etc.

Don't think you can really say that without some other ram to use to test.

Does anyone know what the two short beeps mean?

No, trying to find it...

Are both power connections to the motherboard connected?  The 24-pin and the 8-pin?

You can try removing the GPUs entirely, and running off of the iGPU (on the CPU).  Plug the display into your motherboard directly.

Can you take a picture of your PC and post it?

if you google the beep codes you will find that 2 short beeps means a HDD probblem - have you got your SSD connected correctly and if possible do you have a spare HDD to check with.

I haven't got a camera hehehehe or a smartphone......weird huh. I thought maybe the RAM wasn't being detected by the Mobo. I have run with both GPUs disconnected from PSU, Should I take it out of PCI as well?

The reason I recommended taking the GPUs out is to eliminate as many components as possible.  Yes, take them right out of the PCI-E slots.

Make sure you have both power connections to the motherboard, and both power and data to the SSD.

Ah fuck fuck fuck fuck....... just plugged both GPUS off psu again now it works.... fuck fuck fuck what does this mean.

Relax, all your parts have warranties.  I doubt both GPUs are bad, so if one is bad... no big deal.  You have one while you wait for the second to be replaced.  I am not saying it is a GPU though.

Now i'm getting diplay but still the same two beeps.

Is your monitor plugged into you motherboard?

my CPU temp is at 36C woop woop. thanks a lot stconquest. I will find a way to reward you!

lol... I don't need a reward... but...

wtf, has the beeping stopped?

I was going to suggest you break the PC down and build it outside the case on the motherboard's cardboard box.
