Can Raspberry Pi Zero do the same things as the 2? Example: Robot

with the smaller size of the 0 this would make for more efficient race cars and stuff like this, also it's $5 , so you'd have some pretty cool stuff with this.

Yup. It's just less powerful, but it has the same capabilities. For something like a robots though, there shouldn't be much of a difference in terms of performance between the Pi Zero and the Pi 2.

 

I think it's worth mentioning that the Pi Zero has no full size USB ports, whereas the Pi 2 does, so if you want to plug anything USBs into the Pi Zero you'll have to get an adapter.

True, that's not that inconvenient as an adapter and the cables could all be cable managed in a under compartment or so, I just see that this is a good shot for people who don't have lots of money and would like to tinker with robotics like this!
