Getting a new setup

Go to solution Solved by helping,

7970 or

well, if you don't know the other half of that statement, soon

oh and don't buy that headset, and definitely don't buy it if you're not using the mic. Get a decent pair of headphones and a mic, something which you will also learn, soon

any reason you want razer stuff so much? they're pretty meh

Asus, Sapphire would be both good choices, but it all comes down to which one you like the most they all perform roughly the same

Asus probably. If you were me, what headset/keyboard would you get if you were going to be playing all the new shooters that are coming out?

i haven't been too happy with razer peripherials.

for a cheap mech board, I like my monoprice mx blue board better

elitekeyboards.com has some great boards, but they are slightly expensive.

ducky has a ton of options for switches and backlighting.

mouse, just feel all that you can and go for what you like.

you're better off with headphones and a mic over just about any headset.

ad700 and HD558's are my typical recommendation for gaming.

for a cheap mouse pad, I use vinyl wrap for cars stuck to my desk. it's around $8 for enough vinyl for 3 large mouse pads.

Will work for electronic components and parts
