So I build a pc for my girlfriend. It has ran fine for 7 months. Today she woke up and it is in a restart loop. We tried the pc with just one stick of ram in no video card. And it turns off in 30ish seconds. It does not post to the screen. Specs: i5 4690k  MO AsRock H97M Pro 4 , psu cx430m  , 2x4 gb of ram i think g skill , gtx 960 from msi. Please Help!

PSU. Check it.

Why? Bad capacitors incapable of maintaining rated wattages.

what do you mean check it?

Put in another PSU or use a voltage tester.
