Currently pricing up a build and am semi-decided on: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/1wD4R. My budget is around £575 and am unsure of what case to purchase, Is there any possibility of being able to squeeze a bit more into this (like an SSD) and find a really low budget case?

Thanks for any assistance!

Probably an old post, since then drivers have been updated to give it more performance in some games. An AMD build would be better for your budget and I would say most of those are within the margin of error

I hear people get massive frame drops in CPU intensive games like WoW and Skyrim. These are games I will be playing and I really want a smooth gaming experience.

I read that the 3470 has better gaming performance than the FX series.

It would be but a fx 6300 would better fit your budget.

Something like this: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/1wE7c

http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/699?vs=702.

Scroll down to where it says World of Warcraft and you will see that the 6300 is about 40fps worse.

Like I said old drivers probably and you can overclock the 6300. I am not arguing with you I am just saying the 6300 is usually better. All in all go with what you want

I'm confused. I should go with the FX-6300 because it's less powerful but cheaper, but I should also grab the 7950 which is more expensive and less powerful.

It is the same power (when overclocked) and cheaper, and the 7950 is same price and more powerful
