Hi guys so today I was going to go play some Black Ops 3 (because I am doing a bet with a friend) and I noticed some major stuttering within the game till the point of unplayability. I need some help. I tried deleting my entire steam folder (bye bye 900GB worth of games) and reinstalling the game. Still nothing worked.

I am attaching 2 screenshots.

One showing the memory leak at its highest point and one when I just relaunched it after it crashed, and as I type its going up again.

I assume steam isn't doing anything, if that's the case I'd call it a mem leak

Downloading?

Nothing was being downloaded, I did some tutorial on youtube to see if it was the system that was causing the problem and well it slowed it down greatly but still getting some freezing and constant crashing on steam. The thing is before this happened all of the games worked completely fine at 3840x2160 @ 60fps no freeze nor stutter and now its a mess.
