Corsair RM650i Enough?

MidgetBoxing

I was wondering if a corsair RM650i (650w power supply) would be sufficient for a 5820k OC'd and a 980 Ti OC'd

I would go with the RM850i.

If it were me I'd probably get at least a 750W. An EVGA G2 750W to be exact.

You could run two 980tis off of 650W... 650W for one is plenty.

2x 980 Tis on 650W is not a good idea considering the CPU + storage and RAM need around 150W themselves

It's more than enough. Here, 3 980s consuming less than 600W with an overclocked 3930K http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/geforce_gtx_980_sli_review,4.html EDIT: 3960X actually, so even more.

And then a single GPU system with a 980ti hitting 332W which, when doubled (which one card does not double power consumption of the entire system) would still allow for a 650W setup. Honestly, you overestimate how much power computers use. http://www.guru3d.com/articles-pages/nvidia-geforce-gtx-980-ti-review,8.html

My Card alone use 321w under full Load.

Not sure how you measured that, but in all likelihood your whole system uses 321W under load. People vastly overestimate how much power they use.

Yes, you used graphs I linked..? Even if you add in another card it would run on 650W.

For a single 980Ti card, 650w is totally fine.

guru tested it. With an OC over 1500 the Card use up to 370w. Only rhe Card, not the whole system.

Guru 3D used the entire system and even talk about it on the same page... they mention the Ivy Bridge X79 CPU in there with overclocks.

Here's a video of the two cards and CPU under lots of load hitting 550W.

I don't know, do you have eyes?

I'm not sure if you watched the video but I'm not sure how much more proof you need but you can run two 980tis off 650W with an i7 without trouble so long as you don't start getting frisky with overclocks. Would I personally do it? Nah, but that's because I want the fan to remain mostly off on the PSU and the system to have lots of wattage to spare when, in 7+ years the PSU starts to lose its ability to output it's rated wattage of 750W or 850W (probably what I would get if this were my own system). But my point still stands, that guy ran dual 980tis and hit about 550W under load. People vastly over-predict how much power desktop PCs actually use. So yes, the OP has far more than enough wattage to run his system off of, even if he were to go ape on the voltage of the card.
