My short-cuts for volume up/down/mute have broke and when I press Fn+F3 it does not work

Did this happen randomly? Or was it after you upgraded to Windows 10?

Is this on a laptop, if so what are the specs? If not what keyboard do you use?

Ok, first I don't see an Fn key on that keyboard. I thought they were only on laptops anyway. Do you mean Ctrl or Alt? Maybe I just didn't see it

I assume you've restarted your computer since the problem first occurred. If not, do so.
Reinstall / update the keyboard drivers
Test the keyboard on another computer
