Is there any place where I can get a 1TB drive for $20? Don't mind if it's used as long as it works and it doesn't have any bad sectors.

Seagate and WD 1tb HDD are pretty cheap...

But can`t you just look up a site where they sell secondhand stuff? in the Netherlands they have a lot of those...
