help with shadowplay streaming

(Idk to put this post at software or networking so forgive me)

I am planning to stream on twitch and wanted to use shadowplay to stream at 720p60, so what "mbps" should i put in the settings? (My internet upload speed is usually around 10, my pc is far from the router)

I would suggest you try and see what works best. Its best to just try and see so you get the perfomrance you want. But try to get as high bitrate as possbile.
