If a power supply spins your CPU fan upon turning on the power switch (without pressing the on button) even without the front IO connected to the motherboard

And that a fully working GPU doesnt output a display

Is it a dead powersupply? Or a dead CPU/Mobo?

It is very hard to diagnose a hardware problem over the internet.

I'd test the ram dim by dim, and running off iGPU, if all ram passes, test the GPU.

If the GPU fails on that board, test it on another motherboard.

The problem is the CPU fan spins with NO RAM LOL

There isnt an iGPU

It's an athlon ll (x2 or x4 im not sure) on a MSI 870-C45

GPU is already tested on my main rig and it works

Test with a different PSU, test the ram and unplug everything but the ram, GPU and power supply.

If the psu was dead, it wouldn't work.

You have to check it with integrated gpu or with another graph card.

Also, it's really bad that nobody today has a speaker on the mobo, so it would be easier to recognize a problem.

Most likely for now, the mobo is dead.

Hmmmm but if it's a dead mobo would the CPU fan even spin up?

I dont really have another PSU on hand and the one i have in my PC is all cable tied up xD
