3DR Solo vs DJI Phantom for aerial photography?

Which would you say is better for a person that's new to drones, but wants to start using them as a means for commercial film (real Estate) and photography and why? Thank you all!

IMO the Phantom 3 

 

but you could even get the phantom 2 and fit a gimbal but the 3 is a better drone with more capabilities, and its built in camera is decent or get an inspire 1 

 

you could also look into a spreadwings, and fit your existing camera to it

I recommend you go to a forum that is dedicated to cinematography and the use of aerial drones.  Additionally if you are new to drones, I strong advise you to stay clear of operating one in populated areas until you truly master using one.  You could get someone hurt.
