under 350$? CPU only for now

Hi, I've a swift 820 case.

 

I was wondering is it possible to build a custom loop under 350$?

Going for 360 rad at the top, also white coolant.

I'm just running a MSI x99 sli plus & a i7 5930k @ 4.4. I also have a 980 ti G1 that i'll wc in the Future.

Any part suggestions ? Since i'm new to this .
