locked out my computer

hey guys , 

i have a notebook running on windows 10, but somebody entered his account and now i don't know the password so i can't get to my content, how can I fix this ?

p.s: i can't retrieve a recovery key :( :(

So wait you dont know the password to YOUR laptop? Or is it someone elses laptop? Ask them for the password?

well the person who did that it is the guy from the company that installed the os, and there is no way i can reach him 

The people who install the OS should not be logging into the PC. They have the OOBE install that allows you to go through the install to set up your user account. This story is hella sketchy.
