Blue Screen -> HELP

Hello everyone,

 

So i just build a new system with my friend

Asus x99-a, 5820k, AMD R9 390, 32 GB DDR4 RAM

 

The problem we have is that the PC gets this blue screens out of nowhere  (i attached photo)

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

Those white dots lead me to believe that we may have some issue with the GPU but i don't know..

 

What do you guys think ?

its probably the amd drivers or just a bug.. try to update windows and install the beta crimson drivers.. that probably should fix it

boot it without the gpu and see if the same happens with integrated graphics

Try this. Basically trial and error different configurations to isolate the issue; does it work with one RAM stick? Does it work with no GPU/a different GPU? Does the GPU work in someone else's computer? So on and so forth. Speculation about the cause is great and all, but to get to the bottom of it you just have to test sometimes.

The x99 platform doesn't have integrated graphics if i'm not wrong.

 

Also the SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION error can be related to AMD drivers
