Mini ITX build - suggestions?

Out of the blue, I decided to configure a budget ITX build for the lolz. It might even end up happening for my brother, who needs a new pc.

This is what I came up with and I would love to hear any suggestions about it:

- Bitfenix Prodigy black

- 2x2 GB Corsair Vengeance low profile RAM

- Asus P8H77-I motherboard

- Intel I3-3220 processor

- Seasonic S12II-BRONZE 520W PSU

- Asus Radeon HD 7770 DirectCU V2

- Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB HDD

All in all, it would cost € 531,55 (which would be around 710,36 US dollar).

Please tell me what you think of it :)

maybe consider spending a bit more on the graphics card for a 7850,theres a huge performance difference between the two.

and as a bonus you get bioshock infinite and tomb raider free with it.so you could sell those on ebay and make the money back

as said above maybe add an SSD.

consider doubling the ram to 8GB.

Everything looks good but I would go with a 7850 at the least, just like mvitkun suggested.

  • Intel Core i7 2600k 4.5Ghz

Sapphire 7950

Asus P8Z68-V Pro/Gen3

Corsair Vengeance 8GB

Cooler Master 850w

Corsair H100i

Fractal Design Define R4

Roccat Kone+ Mouse

Logitech G15 Keyboard

What is your/his budget?

An upgrade to 8gb of ram might be warranted as well...

He said to me that €500 is his budget, but it is nearly impossible to build a nice system for that pricepoint. Also, he doesn't know anything about building PC's, so I bumped the budget to around €600. This will help with the videocard and maybe the 8GB of RAM.

Would this maybe be cheaper than a Asus board? http://www.gigabyte.mn/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4338#ov

I don't live in Europe or America so prices are very different :/

Thanks for the suggestion, but this board is a lot more expensive. The Asus board costs €87,20 here in The Netherlands and the Gigabyte costs over €100.
