Need Help Picking out New Camera/Camcorder

Hello so I built a my first gaming pc off a 2500 build and it is insanely good pc and I needed to find a camera or camcorder to record myself playing games for Youtube. So my question is what is a good Camera/camcorder for recording my face while playing game for around a 300-400$ budget? I might be wiling to go as high as $500 but only if it really makes a major difference. I would need to record for long periods of time like up to an hour.

My computer specs in case it narrows the search for the camera:

-Intel Core i7-5820K (CPU)

-Asus X99-A/USB3.1 (Motherboard)

-Gigabyte GeForce GTX 980 Ti Hybrid 6GB (GPU)

-Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000MHz (32 GB RAM)

-Samsung 850 Evo 1TB (SSD)

-Toshiba 3TB (Hard Drive)

-Phanteks Enthoo Luxe White (Case)

-EVGA Supernova GS 1050W (Power Supply)

-Corsair Hydro H105 Liquid Cooler (Cooler)

-Windows 10 (Operating System)

--DVD Burner

Thank you for your time!

games as in pc games? in that case, get some screen recording software, and a webcam

This is my go to free screen recording software:

They also have an amazing piece of free video editing software too.

This seems to be the popular choice for a high end webcam:

Got an Android, never going back to apple again (notice I spelled apple with a lowercase and Android with an uppercase)

I really don't think you need a $400 camera just to record your face for gameplay. Something like the Logitech C920 Pro is fine (around $99), but there are plenty of better cameras if you really want.

Yep, C920 is still an amazing camera. Just throw it on your monitor and go! Use the extra cash from that $300 budget on a mic and whatever else you fancy.

CPU: i7 4770K  |  Corsair H80i  |  ASUS Z87-Pro  |  8GB Corsair 1866Mhz  |  GPU: MSI Gaming X RX 480 8GB  |  Corsair HX  750

Does the C920 Logitech use a memory card and also how much of a difference in performance is a camera like this and a 300-400 dollar one? My old camera had problems adjusting to the lighting of my room
