how do i install only the os from a hdd to a ssd

i want to migrate my windows 10 files, i found some programs but they put all the files on my ssd which is to small for 600gb of games. so i need a program or a way to only install windows on my ssd and leave the programs and files on my hdd.

I don't think there's any reason why the software wouldn't work with a different brand, it's not specific to their ssds.

it says no samsung ssd's found

but this utility clones the data i wnat my os (windows10) to go from my hdd to my ssd not my programs etc

 

Put some of the programs on to an external HD if you have them - or simply re-download them onto your hard drive when you migrate, most stuff is cloud these days, just make sure you have your product key
