Even more motherboard problems

Hi guys. I'm having yet another problem with my motherboard. When I turn on the computer, it goes to the normal bios screen where it gives you options to click like "delete", "f12", and "f9". Problem is, nothing I click changes anything. It just stays frozen on that same screen no matter what button I press, or how long I hold it down. Any ideas?
