yhea, it will run it, not very easily, you night have to run it on medium or medium-high to get nice framerates, but overall its a great choice for as low as it will cost you!

I think this will be a better choice. The 270 is better then the 750Ti and will run 1080p 40-60FPS easily.

I think you should be able to hit that target pretty reasonably. Keep shadows say medium or so and don't max draw distance out to give your cpu some breathing room. I would max out textures though, GamersNexus did a benchmark where they showed any reasonable 2GB card (eg GTX 750 Ti and above) doesn't take any measurable performance hit maxing textures out while the difference in image quality between very high and medium textures is night and day.
